In one of her latest Instagram posts, Borojevic?put on an old workout tee to celebrate her weight gain. Calling the post her?”backwards edition,” she shared just how much her life has changed (and improved) since she began watching the amount on the scale go up, not down.
In both the before and after images, she’d on?exactly the same red top and black leggings. “So I’ve gained weight,” she wrote. “Also, I’m really HAPPY and i’m not beating myself up! Since my lowest, I’ve gone through a number of life events, both good and bad, which have tested my dedication and willpower.”

Since my lowest, I’ve been through numerous life events, both good and bad, which have tested my dedication and can power. Sometimes I won, sometimes I arrived second (there is no losing when you are working on YOU). Inside my lowest I had been in a place where I was eating lots of foods I did not enjoy, and that i was unhappy, that is part of the reason I “let loose”. ?? The actual again to stress for you that I don’t not have access to it all determined. I am human, as if you, and I make a mistake, like you! And here I am to remind you that this is common and a natural part of the journey. It is a ride. And you will always be finding your way. ?? I’ve stayed happy this complete time because I’m always working on my mentality. When i always say, we must love our bodies in all states, at all times! Throughout this journey you’ll ride ups and downs, but you will never fail and will always come on top of you retain working on YOU. Therefore if you’ve gained a few pounds Don’t FRET. This is normal and you’re simply not “failing”. You know what you must do! And so do I. But am I upset right now? I am definitely not. Because I have been killing my workouts, been gaining a lot strength, and strengthening my relationship with myself. ?? On that note, I am documenting my journey to getting back to a location where Personally i think most comfortable with myself. I don’t have a objective of loosing a certain quantity of pounds, however i have a goal of building back a wholesome relationship with food, getting a healthy balance, and keeping my binges in check (since this is the toughest part for me personally – I love working out) – – and I’m filming everything for you personally … to keep it real, and also to show you that anything can be done. Borojevic?explained?that they found herself eating foods she didn’t like and feeling unhappy, all in an effort to maintain her weight. Then?she “let loose,” as she place it, and began loving the way her body looked when she was no longer restricting her diet.?
“Here I am again to stress to you which i do not have everything determined,” she continued. “I am human, as if you, and that i make a mistake, like you! – I have a goal of building back a wholesome relationship with food, finding a nutritious balance, and keeping my binges in check.”
As Borojevic’s body-positive “backwards” post reveals, unwanted weight does not indicate regardless if you are healthy or unhealthy, and losing pounds really should not be combined with lethargy and unhappiness. It’s important to focus less on the number, and much more about feeling good-both mentally and physically.
