Single-leg dumbbell balance with row: Start from a standing position with a dumbbell in each hand. Carefully lower top of the body, creasing at the hips, while simultaneously lifting the right leg to hip height behind you. While you do that, strength train individually toward your chest using the arm bending deeply in the elbow. Lower the lower limb to the floor as you lift your upper body to standing upright and repeat movement using the left leg extended behind you.
